摘要
本文对基于线阵电荷耦合器件（ＣＣＤ）新型糖度检测仪的工作原理、性能特点进行了分析。该新型糖度检测仪与传统目视仪相比，有稳定性好、灵敏度高、响应速度快、使用方便等优点。
This paper introduces a sugar concentration detector, in which a new detecting technique is used based on linear CCD.The paper describes the principal and technical features of the new detector.In comparison with other sugar concentration detector with looking through eyepiece, the new detector has advantages of high stability and sensitivity, fast response and easy operation.
