本文介绍了一种用于特定场合的高速数据采集器的设计方法，其采样频率为２０ＭＨｚ，分辨率是８ 位。
This paper describes the designing method of a special high speed data acquisition system for some special applications. Its sampling frequency is 20 MHz and its resolution is 8-bit. Finally the paper presents some points for attention in designing such a system.
