摘要
培养学生自主学习能力是大学英语教学的重要目标之一,而英语阅读在英语教学中一直是个重难点,探讨元认知策略对阅读自主性产生的积极作用,并在阅读教学中运用元认知策略提高学生阅读自主性,可以提高学生的阅读能力。
To train students' learning autonomy is one of the aims of college English teaching.And English reading is an important and difficult area of English teaching.This paper states the positive relation between metacognitive strategies and reading autonomy. And how to apply the positive effect of metacognitive strategies on English reading teaching,then promote students' reading ability.
