摘要
对有机光电导器件组合中用到的几种新的腙类空穴传输材料4 - ( 二甲氨基) 苯甲醛- 二苯基腙,4 - ( 二苯氨基) 苯甲醛- 二苯基腙,4 ,4′- ( 苯亚氨基) 双苯甲醛- 双( 二苯基腙)的合成条件进行了研究。
The synthetic conditions of three hydrazone compounds,4-(dimethylamino) benzaldehyde diphenylhydrazone,4-(diphenylamino) benzaldehyde diphenylhydrazone and 4,4′-(phenylimino) bis-benzaldehylde-bis-(diphenylhydrazone) were investigated.The details of preparative procedures were also described.The hyrazone compounds are used as carrier transport materials on electrophotography.
