摘要
用含有胺基的正丁胺( CH3CH2CH2CH2NH2) 作为碳源,用射频辉光放电方法制备出含胺氢化碳膜。用这种氢化碳膜作为石英晶体微量天平( Quartz Crystal Microbalance QCM) 的质量传感膜。研究其对甲酸等多种有机物质蒸气的质量响应特性。研究表明,这种含胺的氢化碳膜对羧酸、酮、苯、醇、酯、烷烃等有机蒸气都有一定的质量响应。而且对羧酸类物质蒸气响应度较大。其中又以酸性参数最大的甲酸响应灵敏度最大。这是由于氢化碳膜是通过色散力和空穴力同苯、醇、酮、酯、烷烃相作用,这种作用较弱。而氢化碳通过带碱性的胺官能团同甲酸蒸气分子的酸性氢相互作用,这种作用较强。
The hydrogenated carbon(a-C∶H) films containing amino-group in its structure networks are prepared by r.f. glow discharged method with n-butylamine as carbon source.The quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensors are manufactured with a-C∶H film containing amino-group as its' mass sensitivity film.The sensitive properties of QCM sensors to a series organic vapors are studied.It shows that the QCMs have certain response to formic acid.Acetic acid,acetone,methyl benzene,ethyl acetate,n-butyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran,trichloromethane vapors.And it is most sensitive to formic acid because of the strongest interaction between the basicity amino-group in the hydrogenated carbon and the acid hydrogen-bond of formic acid.
