摘要
本文采用透射电镜对快速凝固Cu - Zr 合金析出过程中组织的变化进行了研究。分析了时效析出过程中组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明:快速凝固Cu - Zr 合金经适当的时效处理,可以在保持高的导电率的前提下,大幅度提高合金的显微硬度。合金经550 ℃时效2h ,其导电率为82 % IACS,显微硬度可达HV230 ,时效析出相为球状的Cu5Zr ,在峰值状态时与母相保持共格关系。
The microstructure,mechanical and electrical properties of rapidly solidified (RS) Cu-Zr alloy upon aging precipitation have been investigated and analysed by using TEM.The results have shown that there are a big increase in microhardness in the premise of higher electric conductivity for RS Cu-Zr alloy.Upon aging at 550℃ for 2h,the electric conductivity remains as high as 82% IACS and the microhardness is enhanced to about Hv230.The aging precipitates are globular Cu 5Zr,which keeps coherent with the matrix.
