摘要
本文采用化学共沉淀法合成钴铁氧体原始粉料;通过变化反应原料配方、掺混聚碳硅烷并进行高温处理、球磨等手段达到调节钴铁氧体静态磁特性的目的;研究了产物微粉的制备工艺、物相组成与静态磁特性的对应关系。
The Co-ferrite fine powder was prepared by chemical coprecipitaion method.The static magnetic property was changed through altering the compositions,adding pyrolysis of polycarbonsilane (PCS) into powder which was heated under high temperature and ballmilled.The relationships among the powder making condiction,composition and its magnetic property were studied.
