摘要
针对轴类零件，分析了创成式ＣＡＰＰ系统中工艺决策所需的基础数据———零件信息，研究了零件设计特征与制造特征的区别及制造特征所包含的内容。对轴类零件的特征进行了合理的分类，并介绍了特征之间的关系，由此阐述了特征建模的方法。介绍了在ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ 二维图形环境下开发的基于特征的轴类零件信息生成系统及其数据结构和系统信息流程，设计了零件信息的输出格式。该系统实现了二维图形环境下的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ的集成。
The paper described the methods of feature-modeling in the information creation system of integrated CAPP about shaft parts under AutoCAD environment, and introduces the design of system data-structure and outputting style.
