摘要
从刀具耐用度、零件表面加工粗糙度和切屑形态3 个标志方面,对铝锂(Al Li) 合金和超硬铝合金(LC4) 的切削加工性进行了对比试验。结果表明,Al Li 合金与LC4 合金无明显差别,均属易切削和较易切削的材料。这主要因为它们同属可用热处理强化的铝合金,经固溶处理和时效强化后,其组织都是由固溶体和强化相两个基本相组成,因而有着较为相近的机械性能所致。
It analyses the tests in the tool durability, roughness of part surface and the shape of cutting scrape for alloy of aluminum-lithium and the super hard aluminum alloy. The result shows these two materials are all easy to machine, this is because they are made up of the same organization structure and machinery characteristic after solid solution and time-lag.
