摘要
开发设计了一种利用MCS- 51 单片机进行果葡糖浆糖化过程控制的微机控制系统,介绍了该系统的硬件和软件的设计思想。
A single-chip microcomputer is applied for the control of saccharification processes of levulose and glucose syrup. The hardware and the software of the system is presented. The system has the main feature of simple configuration and easy operation.
