摘要
目的:以气血津液辨证论治糖尿病,方法:将400例患者随机分为两组,治疗结束后分析其疗效。结果:治疗组显效114例,有效69例,无效17例,总有效率91.5%;对照组显效70例,有效72例,无效58例,总有效率71%,治疗组在降低血糖方面优于对照组。结论:气血津液辨证是中医论治糖尿病较好的辨证方法。
Objective：To qi -blood TDS diabetes. Method：400 patients evenly divided into treatment group （qi -blood syndrome differentiation and treatment group） and viscera SanXiao treatment based on syndrome differentiation （control group） two groups, analyzes its curative effeet. Results：Treatment group powerfully 114 cases,effeetive 69 eases,invalid 17 cases,the total effective rate was 91.5% ,The control group：powerfully 70 eases,effective 72 eases,invalid 58 eases,the total effective rate in treatment group 71%, reduce blood glucose send symptoms than control group. Conclusion： Qi - blood differentiation of syndromes according to the treatment of diabetes better dialectical method.
