摘要
目的:探讨血必净注射液治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床有效性。方法:将83例急性有机磷中毒患者根据中毒程度分为轻、中、重度3组,每组再随机分成血必净治疗组和常规治疗组,血必净治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液,对比观察6组治疗前后的体温(T)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血浆胆碱酯酶(ChE)。结果:与常规治疗组比较,血必净治疗组患者T、WBC、CRP和ChE改善明显好于相应常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净能有效抑制急性有机磷中毒患者炎症反应过程,对急性有机磷中毒患者的治疗起着重要的协同作用。
Objective： To study of xue bijing injection in treatment of acute organ phosphorus pesticide poisoning： clinical efficacy. Method： Will 83 cases acute organic phosphorus poisoning patients under poisoning degree is divided into light, and in the, and heavy of 3 Group, each group then random into blood will net treatment group and general treatment group, blood will net treatment group in formal treatment of Foundation Shang plus with blood will net injection, comparison observation 6 group treatment before and after of temperature （t）, and white cell count （WBC）, and c reaction protein （CRP） and plasma choline ester enzyme （ChE）. Results： Compared with the treatment group after treatment, patients treated by xuebijing Groupt, WBC, CRP and ChE to improve noticeably better than the corresponding regular treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion：Xuebijing can inhibit inflammatory reaction in patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning, on the treatment of patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning plays an important coordination role.
