不同剂量顺式阿曲库铵在小儿麻醉中肌松效果的比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的:观察不同剂量顺式阿曲库铵在小儿外科手术麻醉中的肌松作用,探寻合适的使用剂量。方法:将40例择期行外科手术的患儿随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,每组各20例。预注顺式阿曲库铵Ⅰ组为0.10mg/kg、Ⅱ组为0.15mg/kg。观察两组气管插管条件评级、肌松效果等情况。结果:Ⅱ组的气管插管条件评级优于Ⅰ组;Ⅱ组TOF无反应时间、阻滞维持时间、体内作用时间明显长于I组各项指标。结论:在小儿麻醉中,顺式阿库曲铵的剂量为0.15mg/kg时,取得的肌松效果最佳;两组肌松恢复时间无明显差异。
