摘要
目的:研究血栓弹力图在监测慢性粒细胞白血病高白细胞状态的应用。方法:对于26例初诊慢性粒细胞白血病患者及30例健康者的血栓弹力图结果进行比较。结果:慢性粒细胞白血病患者高白细胞状态时处于高凝状态。结论:及早检查血栓弹力图结果,可以提示慢性粒细胞白血病伴有高白细胞的患者存在凝血功能异常,从而采取有效的治疗措施,改善预后。
Objective：Research the applications of thromboelastography in monitoring of chronic myeloid leukemia with high WBC status. Method：Comparing the results of thromboelastography of 26 newly diagnosed chronic myeloid leukemia patients with those of 30 healthy persons. Result： Hypercoagulability exist in hyperieukocytic state of chronic myeloid leukemia patients. Conclusion ： In the chronic myeloid leukemia patients with hyperleukocytic state, the results of early detection of thromboelastography can he in monitoring of blood coagulation dysfunction, thus carry out effective treatment and improve the prognosis.
