摘要
双半内圈型双列角接触球轴承广泛应用于轿车前轮毂支承上，为了避免轴承包装、运输、安装、调试和拆卸过程中散套，造成零件丢失和混套，应采用一定的方式将轴承的两个内圈与外圈、保持架、钢球联接成一体。文中介绍了常用的几种联接方式及结构特点、性能和设计要点。附图4幅。
The double row angular contact ball bearings with two piece inner rings are widely used in the front hub supporting in the car. In cider to avoid the bearings to be disassembled in the procedure of packing, transporting, mounting, testing and dismounting, so as to make the components of the bearings to lose and confuse, the method should be adopted to join the outer ring, two piece inner rings, cage and steel balls into one assemble. The peper introduces the several common joined ways and their structural properties, performances and design keypoints.
