催化稳定塔过渡段塔体开裂原因分析

摘要 通过对断口的宏观形貌和微观取样分析, 认为其开裂是由高应力低周疲劳和应力腐蚀共同作用而发生的。其应力主要来自于设备检修停开工蒸汽吹扫塔内时, 加强圈与筒体夹层内液体膨胀、汽化所产生的内压,以及加强圈与筒体的温差应力;而焊接残余应力的存在,提高了开裂处的应力水平,本文同时提出了防止再次开裂的措施。 In this paper,the macrosocopic shape and microcomic sampling on the fracture at the transition section of the steady tower are analyzed.The primary causes of the cracking are high stress & low cycle fatigue and stress corrosion.The stress comes form the pressure that caused by liquid medium expansion and vaporization between the stiffener ring and the tower body at the transition section when the tower is cleaned by steam during overhauling,it also comes from the temperature stress and the residual welding stress.It also presents the preventives for the recracking.
