摘要
对不同工艺生产的Zr4 管材, 采用酸洗、不酸洗、预膜、不预膜4 种组合状态进行表面处理, 研究了它在500℃过热蒸汽中的腐蚀行为。酸洗后可提高抗疖状腐蚀性能, 预生氧化膜( 预膜) 能起到延缓疖状腐蚀的作用。机械抛光产生的形变层以及伴有较深划痕的粗糙表面会加速腐蚀, 不恰当的酸洗过程会造成氟污染也使管材内表面的耐腐蚀性能下降。
Abstract: The effect of the surface treatment on nodular corrosion of Zircaloy 4 tube was investigated by means of autoclave, OM, SEM and EDAX etc . The results show that the effect of surface treatment is obvious. The acid picking surface can lead to a good nodular corrosion resistance. The pre oxidation film can play a role on delaying nodular corrosion. However, the deformation layer and rough traces on the surface of tube and unsuitable picking result in the poor corrosion resistance.
