介绍罗可普小方坯连铸机结晶器承放及振动装置由原美国制造的连杆带动顶杆的垂直振动机构改造为连杆带动振动臂,使振动臂与弹簧板共同作用的仿弧振动机构在改造、生产、维修中的优点及制造、安装、生产、维修过程中应注意的几个问题。
This article introduced the modifications of the Rokop billet continuous caster mould placing and
oscillating device which was modified from a pitman leading top arm longitudinal oscillator made in U. S to a pitman arm leading oscillating arm. To the arch oscillator operated by oscillating arm and spring plate, the article shows some advantages and several questions which should be pay attention to during its modification and maintenance processing.
