摘要
综述了连铸坯内裂纹形成的临界应变方面的实验室研究工作。结果表明,铸坯内裂纹形成的临界应变速率和钢中碳、硫含量的影响,在连铸典型的应变速率条件下,普通碳钢的临界应变值大致如下:低碳钢(<0.25%C),1.5%~2.0%,其中包晶碳钢(0.09%~0.15%C)应取上限;中碳钢(0.25%~0.60%C),0.8%~1.0%;高碳钢(>0.60%C),0.5%~0.8%。
The study on critical strain for internal crack formation in continuously cast strand was reviewed. The critical strain was influenced by strain rate, sulfur and carbon content in steel. For low, medium, and high carbon steel, the critical strain values were respectively 1.5% - 2 .0% (upper limit for peritectic carbon steels) , 0.8% - 1.0%, and 0.5% - 0.8 % under the typical strain rate in continuous casting.
