摘要
基于螺旋面的特征线方程,阐述了螺旋线与齿廓线的扫描式测量原理,给出了相应的误差计算公式,并介绍了实现该测量原理的四种控制策略。测量实践表明,螺旋面的数控化测量具有精度高、速度快等特;久,特别适合曲纹螺旋面的测量。
Based on characteristic linear equition forhelical, scan type measuring principle of helical lineand gear profile is presented and relevant error calcu-lating formula is given. It introduces 4 control solu-tions to realize the measuring principle. Practical me-asuring shows that NC helical measuring features highprecision and rapidly. It is especially suitable for me-asuring curved helical.
