摘要
提出水平汉轴回转电火花加工精密球面零件的加工方法,加工不同曲率半径的球面,只要调整工具电极主轴轴线与工件主轴轴线的夹角就可实现。同时工具电极损耗后能自动适应所加工的球面形状,不需要进行补偿就能加工出高精度的球面。加工球面零件能达到1μm的几何尺寸精度和小于Ra0.1μm的表面粗糙度。
A machining process is suggested to machi-ne precision sheric part by EDM with 2 rotating axespositioned in level-Spheres with different curvaturescan be machined by changing the angle included be-tween center lines of tool pole spindle and workpiecespindle. The tool pole can automatically adopt thespheric shape in machining when tool pole can is wornand still high precision sphere can be machined with-out compensation. The geometric accuracy of machi-ned sphere part is up to l μm and the roughness is bet-ter than Ra0. 1 μm.
