摘要
开展了微束等离子弧对焊接接头的表面改性研究。采用4A微束等离子弧对1Cr18Ni9Ti手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG)焊接接头进行表面扫描重熔,观察分析了试样显微组织,测定了重熔前、后试样在1M H_2SO_4溶液中的阳极极化曲线。结果表明,微束等离子弧表面重熔后,由于接头表面重熔层的快速凝固作用,细化了重熔层组织,减小了显微偏析,抑制了铬碳化物在晶界的沉淀,焊接接头的耐蚀性显著提高。
Surface modification using micro - plasma arc on the welded joint was conducted in the paper. With 4 A micro -plasma arc, the surface of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti tungsten inert- gas (TIG) arc welded joint was scanned by the multipass method.The microstructure was observed using SEM. The polarization curves both with and without remelting were plotted in 1M H2SO4 solution. It was found that after remelting, the microstructure was refined and the microsegregation was eliminated. As a result, the corrosion resistance of the joint was significantly improved.
