摘要
测定不同热处理条件下Cr12MoV 钢的硬度值和残留奥氏体量,并进行金相和透射电镜观察发现,钢中的残留奥氏体和下贝氏体组织对冷作模具钢的耐磨性有不利影响。采用冷处理可以抑制下贝氏体转变,显著提高Cr12MoV钢的硬度和耐磨性能。
The hardness and amount of retained austenite of Cr12MoV steel under different heat treatment condition were measured and its microstructure was studied by TEM and optical microscope.The results showed the retained austenite and low bainite in the steel were disadvantageous to wear resistance of cold working die steel.By means of cryogenic treatment the low bainitic transformation can be restrained and the hardress and wear resistance have been enhanced remarkable in the Cr12MoV steel.
