摘要
目的总结分析颅内皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿破裂的CT、MRI影像特征。方法 9例行颅脑CT检查,3例MRI检查,4例手术病理证实。结果 9例双侧脑室、脑池、脑沟散布脂肪组织。结论颅内皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿破裂在CT、MRI有特征性表现。
Objective 9 cases of ruptured intracranial dermoid and epidermoid were analyzed with CT, MRI imaging, discussing their imaging features and differential diagnosis. Methods All 9 cases with CT, 3 cases with MRI, 4 cases with pathology identification. Results 9 cases adipose tissue scattered in the two-lateral ventricle, the brain pool, cerebral sulcus. Conclusion It is clear that ruptured intracranial dermoid and epidermoid has its own specific manifestation on CT, MRI.
