摘要
目的观察瘢痕子宫再次妊娠采用不同分娩方式的效果。方法回顾分析我院2008年8月～2010年8月瘢痕子宫再次妊娠180例孕妇的临床资料,并比较其阴道分娩、剖宫产与同期初产妇两种分娩结局的差异。结果瘢痕子宫阴道分娩与初产妇阴道分娩产时各观察指标比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);瘢痕子宫较初产妇剖宫产各观察指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩并非剖宫产绝对指征,阴道分娩可减少再次剖宫产的创伤及加重盆腔脏器的粘连、腹部切口愈合不良等并发症,如没有再次剖宫产指征应给予试产机会,但需要掌控适应证和禁忌证,严密观察产程进展。
Objective To explore the effect of different again delivery mode with scar uterus. Methods Clinical data of 180 cases with cesarean section deliveries of hosital from Aug.2008 to Aug.2010 were retrosective analyzed, and anylyzed the ending. Results The Results again cesarean section group were significantly differance than that for the first time cesarean section group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the two groups of vaginal delivery have no difference significantly （ P ~ 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cesarean section delivery is not absolute indications for cesarean section, vaginal delivery can reduce the complicating disease of again cesarean section. Cesarean section without retrial roduetion should be given the opportunity, but we need to notice it＇ s adaptation disease and contraindication, and to observe birth process.
