摘要
真性小眼球是以眼球体积明显小于正常但不伴其它显著眼部畸形为特征的罕见临床疾患 ,可发生青光眼和脉络膜渗漏 ,在内眼手术中及手术后很可能导致持续性浅前房、恶性青光眼、驱逐性出血及视网膜脱离等 ,因而严重威胁视功能。综述该症的临床特征。
Nanophthalmos is an eyeball whose volume is significantly less than that of a normal eyeball,but it is not accompanied by other significant ocular malformation.Clinically,it is rather rare,and it may be complicated by glaucoma and choroidal effusion.During and after an intraocular operation,persistent shallow anterior chamber,malignant glaucoma,expulsive intraocular hemorrhage,retinal detachment,etc.may occur,seriously threatening the visual function.In this report,the clinical characteristic features,the pathological changes and the recent advances in the management of its complications are summarized.
