摘要
目的 探讨减少大泡状视网膜脱离误诊的方法。方法 通过对 6例 10眼误诊病例 ,从误诊原因、病因、疾病特点 ,特别是眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA)表现等方面进行讨论 ,并与类似疾病比较。结果 大泡状视网膜脱离有其特殊的临床表现和FFA表现。
Objective To study the methods of reducing erroneous diagnosis of bullous retinal detachment. Methods 6 cases(10 eyes) of bullous retinal detachment in which erroneous diagnoses had been made were analysed.The causes of erroneous diagnosis,aetiology and features of the disease,and especially the features of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) were discussed.Similar diseases were contrasted. Results Bullous retinal detachment has special clinical and FFA manifestations. Conclusion FFA is necessary to accurately diagnose bullous retinal detachment and to distinguish it from other diseases.
