31例老年膝关节骨性关节炎病人行膝关节镜手术的围术期护理 被引量：9

摘要 [目的]总结老年膝关节骨性关节炎病人行膝关节镜手术的围术期护理。[方法]对31例老年膝关节骨性关节炎病人行膝关节镜手术,同时加强个体化的围术期护理。[结果]31例病人均顺利手术;28例获随诊,随诊时间3个月-12个月,平均8个月,均无并发症发生,膝关节疼痛均基本消失,下肢行走正常。[结论]加强老年膝关节骨性关节炎病人行膝关节镜手术的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。
