摘要
[目的]总结冠状动脉搭桥术病人术后并发精神障碍的护理。[方法]对13例冠状动脉搭桥术后并发精神障碍病人均行重症监护病房(ICU)监护、镇静、营养脑神经等对症及支持治疗,同时加强舒适护理及安全管理。[结果]本组病人经过对症支持治疗和精心护理后症状均好转并转回普通病房。[结论]体外循环心脏术后精神障碍严重影响病人的健康,应采取综合护理措施,以改善疾病预后。
Objective：To summarize the nursing care of patients complicated with mental disorder after undergoing bypass operation of coronary artery.Methods：A total of 13 patients complicated with mental disorder after undergoing bypass operation of coronary artery were given the symptomatic and supportive treatment including ICU monitoring,sedation,brain nutrition,at the same time to strengthen the comfort care and safety management.Results：Through the symptomatic and supportive treatment and careful care,the symptoms of all patients were improved and they were turned back to general wards.Conclusion：Mental disorders of patients after extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery affect their health severely,so we should adopt the comprehensive nursing measures so as to improve the prognosis.
