摘要
[目的]探讨循序渐进的案例教学在《健康评估》课程教学中的应用。[方法]选择2007级30名护生为对照组,采用传统的讲习课授课方法教学;2008级78名护生为观察组,采用循序渐进的案例教学法开展《健康评估》的讲习课教学。比较两组护生的理论考试成绩,同时调查护生对两种教学方法的教学效果评价。[结果]观察组理论考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学方法的评价优于对照组。[结论]在《健康评估》课程教学中应用循序渐进的案例教学法有助于培养护生的临床实践和综合能力。
Objective: To probe into the application of Gradual case teaching method in"health evaluation"course teaching.Methods:A total of 30 nurs-ing students in 2007 grade were selected as control group,who were taught with traditional Seminar Course teaching method;other 78 cases of nursing students in 2008 grade were selected as observation group,and Gradual case teaching method was used for"health evaluation"teaching for them,then to compare theory test performance of students between both groups,and to in-vestigate the evaluation of nursing students on teaching effect of both teach-ing methods.Results:The theory test performance of observation group was better than that of control group(P0.05);evaluation on teaching method of nursing students in observation group was better than that of control group.Conclusion: Gradual case teaching method applied in"health evalua-tion"course teaching is helpful for cultivating the clinical practice and com-prehensive ability of nursing students.
