不同程度水肿性混浊角膜透光率和吸光度的定量分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的 量化分析水肿性混浊角膜透光率、吸光度与混浊程度的关系。方法 用超声测厚仪筛选出 66只厚度近似的新鲜猪角膜 ,按Dickey角膜混浊分级标准将其分为 5组 ,72 2型光栅分光光度计测定 40 0 ,5 0 0 ,60 0 ,70 0nm波长的透光率和吸光度。结果  70 0nm波长时 ,透明角膜的透光率最大 ,为 93 .5 % ,最大吸光度波长 40 0nm ,为 0 .11,随着角膜混浊程度的加重 ,透光率锐减 ,吸光度骤增 ,随着波长的增大 ,透光率逐渐增加 ,吸光度逐渐减小。长波长可见光更易透过混浊角膜。结论 首次测定了不同程度水肿性混浊角膜在不同波长时的透光率和吸光度 ,发现角膜的透光率、吸光度与混浊程度。 Objective To quantitatively determine the transmittance and the absorbance of visible light through the edematous opaque corneas with varying degrees. Methods Sixty six eyes were sifted out from 100 fresh porcine eyes in order to have approximately equal thickness.The specimens were divided into five groups according to the edematous opaque corneas classification of Dickey.Corneal transmittance and absorbance of the specimens were measured in the wavelength range 400*!nm to 700*!nm with an optimeter. Results In transparent corneas,the maximum optical transmittance was found at 700*!nm,which was 93.5%,and the maximum absorbance was found at 400*!nm with 0.11.The transmittance decreased rapidly while the absorbance increased.The light with longer wavelength transmitted cornea easier than one with shorter wavelength in visible light. Conclusions In this paper the transmittance and the absorbance of visible light through the edematous opaque corneas with varying degrees at different wavelength were determined first time.There was a straight line relationship between the transmittance and the absorbance of visible light and opacity degrees of the edematous opaque corneas.
