摘要
氯化镁-灰乳法制备高纯氧化镁对工艺水中CO2,HCO3-,CO23-含量有较高要求,降低CO2,HCO3-,CO23-含量是控制产品中CaO含量的关键,也是保证MgO产品含量的关键。文章通过对自来水酸化、保温和搅拌曝气参数研究,确定了优化的工艺水制备参数:加热温度35℃~40℃;pH约4.0;转速为300 r/min时,曝气时间10 min。
When preparing high purity magnesium oxide from the method of magnesium chloride-lime milk,we have a high requirements for the content of CO2,HCO-3,CO2-3 in the process water.Whether can we reduce the content of CO2,HCO-3,CO2-3,is the key of controlling the CaO content in product;is also the key of ensuring MgO content in product.In this paper,we research the parameter of acidification,heat preservation,stir,and aeration of the tap water.And determine the optimal preparation parameters of the process water: the temperature of the water is 35 ℃~40 ℃;pH is about 4;mixing speed is 300 laps per minute when aeration time is 10 minutes.
