摘要
采用不同甜菜碱添加量(0.0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、3.0、5.0g/100g)的饲料进行了黄鳝(Monopterus albus)的养殖试验,以了解甜菜碱对黄鳝消化酶活性的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加不同含量甜菜碱对黄鳝蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性会产生影响,随着甜菜碱在饲料中添加量的增加,4种消化酶的活性均呈上升的趋势,且当其添加量达到1.5g/100g及以上时,4种消化酶活性增加显著。因此饲料中添加适量的甜菜碱能提高黄鳝对饲料的消化能力。
Effects of supplement of bataine to the diets (0.0,0.5,1.0,1.5,3.0,5.0g/100g)on the activities of digestive enzymes in Monopterus albus were studied.The results showed that the activities of the four digestive enzymes increased with the increase of the betaine content in the diets, and when the betaine content in the diets increased from 1.0g/100g to 1.5g/100g or more than 1.5g/100g, the activities of the four digestiveenzymes(protease, trypsin, amylase and lipase) increased significantly.The results suggested that suitable supplement of betaine to the diets could improve the digestive capability.
