摘要
目的探讨静脉声学造影对宫腔疾病鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法以意大利Bracco公司生产的诺维(Sono Vue)造影剂对21例宫腔疾病的宫腔异常回声行静脉学造影,记录病灶及子宫肌层的显像顺序、充盈方式及增强强度,以手术病理为标准,分析比较不同病因的宫腔异常回声造影显像特点。结果子宫粘膜下肌瘤子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜癌、胚物残留、宫腔粘连等宫腔疾病的声学造影表现各不相同。结论静脉声学造影能较准确地鉴别诊断宫腔疾病的宫腔异常回声。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of intravenous contrast enhanced ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of intrauterine disease.Methods 21 cases with intrauterine disease were investigated using sonevue（Bracco SPA,Milan,Italy）.The pattern and sequence of contrast agent appearing in the lesions were focused.The results compared with the histologic findings.Results 21 cases included uterus submucous myoma,intrauterine residual,endometrial cancer,endometrial polyps,intrauterine adhesion.Contrast-enhanced sonographic patterns were significantly different between these 5 pathologic type lesions.Conclusion Intravenous contrast enhanced ultrasonography is of Value in differentiating intrauteriue disease.
