a-2b干扰素栓联合CO_2激光治疗女性宫颈尖锐湿疣临床疗效评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价a-2b干扰素栓联合CO2激光治疗女性宫颈尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将81例女性宫颈尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,对照组38例常规使用CO2激光治疗祛除皮损;治疗组43例在使用CO2激光治疗基础上加用a-2b干扰素栓阴道深部给药。结果治疗组痊愈40例(93.03%),复发3例(6.97%);对照组痊愈22例(57.90%),复发16例(42.10%);两组复发率比较,差异有显著性(2χ=9.44,P<0.01)。结论 a-2b干扰素栓局部用药,能提高局部细胞免疫水平和女性宫颈尖锐湿疣的治愈率,明显降低复发率。 Objective Evaluation of INF a-2b suppository with CO2 Laser in treatment of female cervical condyloma acuminatum.Methods 81 patients with cervical condyloma were randomly divided into two groups,Control group(38 cases of conventional lesions) treated with CO2 laser and treatment group(43 cases) treated with CO2 laser and INF a-2b suppository deep vaginal suppository administration.Results There were 24 cases(93.03%) and 15 cases(57.90%) healed in treatment group and control group,respecitively(χ2= 9.44,P0.01).Conclusion INF a-2b suppository local medication can improve the level of local cell-mediated immunity,improve the cure rate of female cervical condyloma and significantly lower relapse rate.
