摘要
数字出版环境下图书馆信息资源建设存在数字信息资源的重复建设、知识产权保护与公共利用矛盾突出、国书馆与出版社的良性互动不明显、合作共享不足等问题。图书馆在信息资源建设上要明确定位,彰显特色,优化配置;要构建新的采访模式,改进采访手段,积极开发网上信息资源;要推进共建共享。
This article analyses the digital publication environment,and points out the existent problems of library information resource construction under the digital publication environment,including the repetition of digital information resources construction,the conflict between intellectual property protection and public use,the lack of interaction between library and publishing house,and the lack of cooperation and share.And then the paper proposes some countermeasures such as accurate localization,prominent characteristic,reasonable disposition,construction of new interview mode,improvement of interview means,cooperative gathering, development of online information resources,promotion of sharing and so on.
