个性发展是马克思、恩格斯关于人的全面发展学说中的重要内核。毛泽东突破了中国传统的教育方式,以创新的理论继承和发展了马克思主义个性教育的思想,对中国的教育事业作出了重要的贡献,对新时期大学生素质教育有重大的启示。
Individuality development is the important core in the overall development of human being according to Max and Engel＇s theory.Mao Zedong has broken through Chinese traditional education methods,inherited and developed Marxism personal education with innovative theory,which has made significant historic contribution to Chinese education.It has the significant enlightenment to quality education in higher education in the new age.
