人力资源是最重要的资源,优化广东人力资源是落实科学发展观的重要体现,也是广东建立现代产业体系的迫切需要。要优化广东的人力资源,关键是要优化广东的教育,包括优化普通教育和职业教育。
How to comprehend and optimize the human resources in Guangdong is a very important issue in terms of Guangdong economic social development.To optimize the human resources in Guangdong is a very important manifestation of implement of scientific development theory as well as the urgent need of the construction of Guangdong modern industrial system.To optimize the Guangdong human resources,the key point is to optimize the local education which includes general education and vocational education.
