摘要
我国高等教育已进入国际公认的大众化发展阶段,大众教育与精英教育的关系问题成了目前高等教育发展的重要课题。省属高校精英教育是大众化背景下创新人才培养模式的一个新举措,分析其存在的问题与原因,探讨其发展策略,对于促进其可持续发展具有重要意义。
China＇s higher education has entered the stage of internationally recognized popularization.The relationship between elite education and popularized education has evolved to become a key research area for the development of higher education.Elite education of province-run universities is a new initiative for innovative talents cultivation in the context of the popularization of higher education.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,and explores its development strategies,which is of great significance for enhancing the sustainable development of elite education in province-run universities.
