卵细胞质内单精子注射治疗不孕症34例临床总结 被引量:9

摘要 目的总结应用单精子卵细胞质内注射(ICSI)治疗不孕症的临床效果。方法对34对男性因素、原因不明、受精障碍不孕患者采用GnRHa长周期促排卵方案,给有第一极体的卵细胞行单精子注射。结果34例34个治疗周期中,1例因反应不良取消。取卵数378个,注射卵数317(83.9%)个,正常受精卵231个(72.9%)卵裂228(98.3%)个,良好胚胎99(43.4%)个,平均移植胚胎数36个,临床妊娠12例(移植周期妊娠率为36.4%)。结论ICSI是治疗男性因素、原因不明、受精障碍等因素引起不孕症的一种切实可行的方法。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the treatment of infertility MethodsOvulation induction was accomplished with the use of GnRH agonist down-regulation combined with HMG/FSH stimulation in 34patients. Mamre oocytes with the tirst polar body were selected for ICSI. Results The total number of oocytes collected was 378,injected oocytes 317(83.9%), fertilized oocytes 231(72.9%), developed embryos 228(98.3%), embryos with good morphology 99(43.4%); Average number of embryo transfer was 3.6. The clinical pregnancies were achieved in 12 patients and the pregnancy rateof transtbr cycle was 35.3%. Conclusion ICSI would be the first choice for treatment of male infertility idiopathic infertility andfertilization failure with conventional IVF.
