摘要
应用PTCA导管建立了SD大鼠颈总动脉球囊损伤后新生内膜增殖模型,通过光镜、电镜及α-actin免疫组化证明用PTCA导管建立的大鼠颈总动脉新生内膜增殖模型与国外用2FFogarty导管制作的大鼠颈总动脉模型的一致性,满足了研究血管损伤反应和PTCA术后再狭窄的需要。
The rat carotid artery models for neointimal hyperplasia were made by PTCA balloon catheter. Light microscope, electronmicroscope and α -actin immunohistochemistry methods were applied. The study showed that the models of rat carotid artery byPTCA balloon catheter were similar to the models by 2F Fogarty catheter.
