摘要
进行猪的腹部多器官联合移植(AMVT)手术。重点介绍了AMVT5个主要阶段的血液动力学变化情况及其处理。
Abdominal multivisceral transplantation (AMVT) is the most complex surgical procedure with long operation duration,severe injures to structures and tissues, massive bleeding and blood infusion, direct cutting and anastomosing the major bloodvessels to the viscera, which result very unstable hemodynamics. To investigate the changes ofhemodynamics, HR, MAP CVP CO,MPAP, SVR and PVR were mornitored in a swine model of AMVT The hemodynamics changes and their treatments in five mainstages during operation of AMVT are reported in the paper.
