摘要
为了解决我国中小企业高效、低成本通用控制平台的需求,设计了基于Freescale公司推出的MCF5225x系列MCU作为控制核心的工业控制板卡,采用了模块化思想,实现了以太网接口、USB接口、隔离数字量输入/输出、RS 485接口。在该控制板卡的基础上,采用MQX实时操作系统平台,根据具体对象的控制要求,编写了相应的应用程序。
With rapid development of the microprocessor, the embedded system is widely used in production-manufacturing and industrial control. To meet the requirement of an efficient and low-cost universal control platform in small and medium enterprises of China, a high stability and low cost industrial control board is designed by taking the Freescale MCF5225x series MCU as the core control. The Ethernet interface, USB interface, data signal input and switch output, and RS485 interface are realized. On the basis of the control board, using the MQX real-time operating system platform, and according to the control requirements of the specific object, the corresponding application can be programmed.
