摘要
从蛇肠内容物中分离到一株沙门氏菌,编号为 S3188,符合沙门氏菌属的生化特性,但具有靛基质阳性的异常反应。该菌株能利用丙二酸钠,不发酵卫矛醇,迅速发酵乳糖,ONPG 为阳性,具有双相 H 抗原,应归属于沙门氏菌Ⅲb。经抗原分析,该菌株的抗原式确定为53:1,z_(?):c,n,(z_(15))…,是新的沙门氏菌血清型。
An enterobacterium culture,S3188,pro-viding with Salmonella biological characteris-tics,except exhibiting indole positive reaction,was isolated from the intestinal content ofreptile a snake.It utilized malonate,did notferment dulcitol,it attacked lactose promptly,and ONPG positive.H antigens appeareddiphasic.By cross agglutination and absorp-tion tests,it was demonstrated that the anti-genic formula of this strain is 53∶1,z_(13)∶e,n,(z_(15))…It was found to be a new serotypeof Salmonella Ⅲb.
