C-met和CD147在肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究c-met、CD147在肝细胞癌中的表达,探讨两者的表达与肝癌侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法对62例肝细胞癌手术切除标本中c-met、CD147的表达进行检测,评估c-met的表达与肝细胞癌临床病理因素的关系及与CD147表达的关系。结果 c-met、CD147在肝细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为55%、61%,与正常肝组织比较差异有统计学意义(分别为5%、15%,P<0.01);c-met阳性表达率与肝细胞癌的转移及肿瘤分化有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小、分期无关;CD147的阳性表达率与肝细胞癌的转移、肿瘤分化及分期有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小无关;c-met阳性表达与CD147的异常表达有关(P<0.05)。结论在肝细胞癌的转移中,HGF/c-met与肝细胞癌的转移有关,并且与CD147存在联系,可能影响基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达,对于肝细胞癌的转移防治及预后具有一定的临床意义。 Objective To study the expressions of c-met and CD147 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) ,and to explore their correlation with invasiveness and metastasis of liver cancer. Methods We used immunohistochemistry to evaluate the expressions of c-met and CD147 in specimens from 62 hepatocellular carcinoma cases,and analyzed the correlation of c-met expression with HCC clinicopathological factors and CD147 expression. Results The positive rates of c-met and CD147 expressions in HCC tissue samples were 55% and 61% respectively,significantly different with those in normal liver tissues(5% and 15% respectively,P0.01) . c-met expression was correlated with metastasis and tumor differentiation of HCC(P0.05) ,but not with gender,age,tumor size and stages of the disease;similarly,CD147 expressions were correlated with metastasis,tumor differentiation and histological stage(P0.05) ,but not with gender,age and tumor size. A statistical significance was noted between c-met positive expression and abnormal CD147 expression(P0.05) . Conclusion These results suggest that HGF/c-met may be involved in metastasis of HCC correlated with CD 147 expression,and may also interfered with MMPs expression. Expressions of c-met and CD147 may be clinically relevant in prevention of HCC metastasis and prediction of prognosis.
