浮选法回收合成炉渣中铜的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对在三种不同冷却方式下的某公司铜冶炼合成炉渣进行了矿物分析、磨矿及浮选实验提取铜金属的研究,结果表明炉渣的冷却方式对其可磨度和浮选指标都有影响,采用一段磨矿、浮选流程取得了较好的浮选指标,磨矿细度为-0.043 mm占80%,浮选浓度为40%,采用丁基黄药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,在适宜用量下,采用渣包缓冷的原渣铜品位为0.81%时,可获得精矿品位19.27%,精矿回收率76.82%的试验指标。 This paper analyses the mineral compositions of the copper synthesis furnace slag which is cooling in three different methods and studies grinding and flotation experiments,the experimental results reveal that the cooling methods have a certain impact on the degree of grinding and flotation index.Apply a normal grinding and flotation process,under the conditions of grinding fineness to-0.043 mm 80%,flotation concentration of 40%,with butyl xanthate as the collector,2# oil as the foaming agent in the proper amount,through the flotation of the slag of 0.81% copper grade which is cooling by slag bag,copper concentrate of 19.27% with the recovery rate of 76.82% is gained.
