摘要
目的:探讨弹性开放襻前房型人工晶体植入术的注意事项、方法:回顾性总结38例植入体会;建议:1有玻璃体溢出时应联合前部玻璃体切除术;2前襻套线协助调整晶体;3应联合虹膜周边切除术;4术前术中应用缩瞳剂,术后可以应用散瞳剂。结果:期植入者,术后视力与后房型人工晶体植入术无显著性差异,期植入者达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。术后仅出现可控制的轻度并发症。结论:弹性开放襻前房型人工晶体植入术操作简单,并发症少,效果佳,不失为不能安装后房型人工晶体的良好补救措施,值得采纳。
Objective:Inquiring into the points for attention about the implantation of ACIOL.Methods:Reviewing 38 cases.Suggestions:①Combining with the anterior segment vitrectomy when the vitreous,overflows.②Using the silk around the haptics to help to adjust the lens position.③Combining with the peripheral iridectomy.Results:There were no significant deference about the viisual acuity between the cases who were implanted ACIOL immediately after their cataract extracting and the ones who were implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens(PCIOL).As the cases who were extracted lenses before,after the implantation of ACIOL,the visual acuities were equal to or better than the preoperative corrected visual acuities.There were only some slight complications that could be controlled postoperation.Conclusions:The implantation of ACIOL is simple,and has little complications,and the results is good.It is the good remedy to the cases who can not be implanted PCIOL and it is worth using.
