摘要 腈类化台物对人、畜及微生物等均有毒性,但可驯化某些微生物赋予分解这些物抩的能力使之降解。1980年,Jalleges 对腈的生物转化作了综述。70年代,Firmin 等报道了假单咆菌(Pse-udomonas)降解乙腈的代谢途径,随后 A strain of Acinetobacter sp.51-2 wascapable of degrading acetonitrile and utiliz-ing various nitrile compounds,such as pro-pionitrile,butyronitrile,acrylonitrile and soon.The ability and speed of degrading ace-tonitrile were quite strong and fast.Strain51-2 could degrade 25 g/L acetonitrile in 48 hby adapted cells.The efficiency of degradingacetonitrile was closely related to the condi-tions of culturing bacterial cells.The reac-tion temperature and present metals appearedto have a little effect on degradation of ace-tonitrile.
