摘要
目的 :探讨奥复星联合其他抗结核药物治疗复治菌阳肺结核的疗效。方法 :对 1995年 1月— 1998年 12月收治的复治菌阳肺结核应用 H+ AK+ D+ Z+ OFL X治疗的 5 3例 ,并同时设对照组 4 8例。结果 :治疗组痰菌阴转率为 92 .4 5 % ,对照组为 70 .83 % ,P<0 .0 5。。胸片病灶吸收情况 :治疗组病变吸收率为 83 % ,对照组为 60 .4 1%。P<0 .0 5。结论 :复治菌阳肺结核的治疗虽然比较困难。但只要结合用药史及药敏测定 ,选用奥复星联合二种以上敏感的抗结核药进行强化治疗 。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of combined therapy of ofloxacin (OFLX) and other antituberculotics in treating the retreated culture positive tuberculosis.Methods:Fifty three cases selected from patients during 1995-1998 who were retreated with the plan H+AK+D+Z+OFLX and their contrast group were analysed retrospectively.Results:①Spit negative rate of treated group was 92.45%,that of contrast group was 70.83% (P<0.05).②Absorption rate of lung lesion of treated group was 83.0% and that of contrast group was 60.41% (P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many difficulties in treating the retreated culture positive tuberculosis,so we should correctly choose two or more kinds of antituberculotic drugs,especially select ofloxacin combined with other two or more sensitive antituberculotic drugs,so getting a satisfactory result.
