摘要
目的 :探讨术中术后联合应用丝裂霉素C防止翼状胬肉术后复发的疗效。方法 :显微镜下对 78例 ( 86眼 )翼状胬肉患者进行切除和带蒂结膜瓣移植术 ,术中移植结膜前用 0 0 2 5 %的丝裂霉素C棉片浸泡巩膜裸露区 3min ;术后再用 0 0 1 %的丝裂霉素C滴眼每日 2次 ,5d ,并常规辅以类固醇眼水及抗生素眼水局部点眼。结果 :术后随访 5～ 2 4个月 (平均 1 4 5个月 ) ,仅有 1例复发 (复发率 1 2 %) ,未发生严重并发症。结论 :术中术后联合应用丝裂霉素C是防止翼状胬肉复发的有效、安全、简便的辅助措施 ,值得推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the combined application of Mitomycin C to intraoperative and postoperative patients for preventing the pterygium recurrence after operation.Methods:A total of 86 eyes of 78 patients with primary and recurrent pterygium were treated with surgical excision and autografting of conjunctival pedunculated flap under microscope. A sterile sponge soaked in a 0.25mg/ml(0.025) mitomycin C solution was placed intraoperatively on the sclera for 3 minutes before autografting .The postoperative instillation of 0.1mg/(0.01%)mitomycin C,twice a day for five days was used.Also steroid and antibiotic eyedrops were insilled as usual.Results:After the mean follow-up time of 14.5 months (rangs 5-24 months),only one eye (1.2%) of 86 eyes exhibited recurrence..Neither severe ocular complication nor systemic toxicity were noted in these cases during follow-up.Conclusions:The application of mitomycin C to intraoperative and postoperative patients appears to be a safe and simple auxiliary treatment for prevention of pterygium recurrence.It is worthy to be widely used.
